How to Order

1. Use your mouse to highlight your choice of category.
2. Click on the sub category you require.
3. Scroll down the page to see the range of goods, using previous and next at the top and bottom of the page to move through pages.
4. When you find a product you may like to purchase, click on the more info text.
5. Set the quantity as appropriate if more than one is required and click the ADD button beside the product.
6. You require a User ID to purchase from party shoppers which will be requested as a result of pressing the ADD button.
7. If you have not shopped with us before then click the free registration text and fill in the form. This also provides space for an alternative delivery/shipping address. You will then be able to proceed to the shopping basket.
8. If you wish to continue shopping click the continue shopping button, this will return you to the catalogue and you may continue adding products to your basket.
9. Once you have concluded your shopping you should click the order now button and this will begin processing the order. You may also specify a new shipping/delivery address at this point.

3. Online: Party Shoppers uses WorldPay to process your credit card securely on-line.

Cash payments are not acceptable. All prices displayed on this site are in Pounds Sterling. Goods must be returned to the address above. Goods will only be refunded if they are UNDAMAGED and in their ORIGINAL packaging. They must also be returned within 28 days at your expense, with the original order form. This will facilitate the speedy return of your funds. If however the goods are proven to be faulty we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods to us as well as providing a refund or replacement (your choice), of the item . Please advise us of any fault you may unfortunately have found ASAP, along with a receipt for your postal charges, and include a brief description of the fault within the package. This does not affect your statutory rights.

About Us

Party Shoppers is the website of The Party Shop based in Guildford.

Thirteen years ago Rita Horton opened The Party Shop as an experiment to see if other people were as frustrated at the difficulty of finding party products in one place as she was. She started with a stall in an Indoor Market, which gave her the opportunity to learn from her customers what was missing from their party plans.

A year later she progressed to the Guildford base and the business grew. Over time the availability of party paraphernalia increased enormously, and now thanks to "The Net" the opportunity has arisen to offer these products, along with the same level of personal care which has been the hallmark of the shop, to everyone.

Our site is by no means fully inclusive of all available products, and we are willing to try and find anything you might require. We PROMISE that we will never find any request too trivial and we will always get back to you following an enquiry. For the time being we have decided not to offer our full range of costumes on the site as we have experienced problems with the continuity of supply. We do offer a small number on the site and a stock a further selection within the shop, and will be happy to confirm if a particular outfit is available.

You may wonder who the "we" is - Rita has now been superseded by her daughter Gilly Horton, and she along with her super staff are waiting eagerly for your party calls!
